What size are the roll-up doors?
15' x 40' units will have 12' x 14' wide doors. All others 24' and wider will have 16' x 14' doors.
Do the units have service doors?
Service doors are available on the 24' and wider units, not on the 15' and 20' wide units.
Do the units have windows?
Each unit will have 2 small view windows located in each door.
Is there 50 AMP electrical service?
50 AMP receptacles are used on the RV circuits.
Can we have our own bathroom?
Bathroom facilities will only be located throughout the facility.
Are there hose bibs?
There are 18 hose bibs scheduled throughout the site.
Describe the fire safety considerations.
There are firewalls located every 12,000 square feet as per fire code. The 26 Ga. single metal panel carries a Class A material rating, is non-combustible, but carries no fire rating by itself.
Are 220 volt receptacles available?
At present only 110 volt receptacles are available.
How many electrical receptacles and data lines are included?
Each unit is to receive 5 receptacles and one data line.
How do we open the overhead door and front gate?
There is an electric garage door opener available for each unit to open the overhead doors and an electric key pad operated front gate and clubhouse.
Do the units have plumbing?
At this time, there is no preparation for individual plumbing in any of the units.
Can you describe the roof system?
There are several roof profiles available for different applications. The minimum gauge of a UL approved roof is 24 Gauge thick. The material can be supplied in a bare Galbanum finish and/or a painted finish. An interlocking side lap rib is formed on either side of the panel width. One side is termed the male rib and the other the female rib. The female rib has factory applied mastic (caulk or some other type of sealant to prevent weather/elements from penetrating the roof plane) It is activated when the male and female panel ribs are engaged. The attachment of the Standing Seam Roof panel to the roof support system, in this case a roof purlin and/or an eave strut, the panel is held in place by a clip, designed for the area uplift codes, with a tab attached to the male roof panel rib. The clip base is fastened to the purlin and/or eave strut by a predetermined fastener designed to hold the panel in place.
Can interior walls be removed to make a larger unit?
There are several units that the partition panels can be removed and moved around. However, we would need to review the request on an individual bases due to the diaphragm action these partitions may play in part with the design of the structure.
What type of lighting is included?
Each unit is scheduled to have four 8' fluorescent fixtures.
Are there ceiling fans?
Ceiling fans being installed after the unit is finished will be subject to the Condominium association.
